Vifaa vya jikoni vya Kiafrika vina thamani kubwa katika maisha ya kila siku ya familia nyingi barani Afrika. Vifaa hivi si tu vinatumika kwa ajili ya kupika na kuhifadhi chakula, bali pia vinatumiwa kama mapambo katika nyumba. Dhana hizi zimeumbwa kwa kutumia mbinu asilia ambapo huleta maana kubwa ya kitamaduni na kimaadili. Hapa tutajadili thamani na miiko ya kimaadili ya baadhi ya vifaa hivi muhimu.
